L-Citrulline Malate supports optimal performance and faster recovery after workout. Supports blood flow and amino acid delivery to skeletal muscle. Also helps with protein synthesis (muscle growth), ATP production and cell volumization, and is a potent precursor to L-Arginine.

Recommended dosage: Take 1-2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily between meals.
