CFM® – Cross-Flow Microfiltration System is a gentle process using state-of-the-art technology. This natural, low-temperature process produces high levels of undenatured protein and results in a great tasting and nutritionally optimal product that includes all the major whey proteins as well as protein microfractions and bioactive peptides.

L-glutamine is the most abundant non-essential amino acid in the body, comprising more than 60% of the free amino acids in skeletal muscle and more than 20% of the total circulating amino acids. L-glutamine plays an important role in protein synthesis, as a protein amino acid, supports muscle tissue regeneration and activates immune cells.

Taurine is an essential amino acid. It is present in high concentrations in heart muscle, white blood cells, skeletal muscle and the central nervous system.

Micelle XL™ protein isolate is characterised by its larger casein molecules and progressively releasing amino acids.

Use: Mix a serving (2 scoops – 30 g) with 250 – 300 ml of skimmed milk, water or juice and consume immediately after training or between meals. On non-sporting days, drink a serving between meals.
