An 80:20 blend of micellar casein and whey to ensure a slow release of amino acids into the bloodstream during the night.

Amix Micellar Casein is a milk protein concentrate containing 80% micellar casein and 20% whey. This product is special in that the protein will be metabolised very slowly. As a result, the proteins and amino acids enter the bloodstream slowly and can remain there for up to 7 hours after consumption.

Micellar casein contains many protein fractions such as beta lactoglobulin (BLG), alpha lactalbumin (ALA), glycomacropeptides (GMP), immunoglobulin (IgG), bovine serum albumin (BSA), lactoperoxidase and lactoferrin.

This protein supplement is very low in fat and has a high biological value. This makes it special for athletes: the protein can protect muscles, support muscle development and muscle regeneration and help build lean muscle mass.

Micellar casein can be taken before training or at bedtime, and can also be used as a meal replacement. The product has a pleasant, creamy texture, is available in 4 different flavours and is completely aspartame-free.

Use: Stir a portion (2 scoops) of the millet in 250 – 300 ml of skim MILK or water by shaking in a plate for 30 seconds. Best taken before bedtime.
