Creatine monohydrate is the building block of creatine phosphate, which is the cell’s energy source. Creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high-intensity exercise. The positive effect is achieved by consuming 3g of creatine daily.
Use: 1 teaspoon of powder (3 g) mixed in a glass of water or juice. During the loading phase, take 1 serving 3 – 4 times a day for the first 7 days. During the maintenance phase: 1 – 2 servings per day (duration two weeks). For better results, drink at least 3 litres of water per day.
