When creating GymON shakes, we’ve kept the nutritional content of the different flavours virtually the same – the sugar content per serving is the same, but the sweetness is stronger in some flavours than others.
To use: for one serving, take 30 g of protein powder, mix with 250-300 ml of water or milk and shake well. Drink the GymON shake 30 minutes before or after training.
