Manufactured using the latest technology, it is an ultra-fine powder (mesh 200) with high solubility. Our product is made from high quality ultra-fine powder with particles 2-3 times smaller than most others.
Use: Start with a 5-7 day creatine loading phase where you consume approximately 1/3 of your body weight in grams per day (e.g. if you weigh 90 kg, you should consume 20-30 g per day). This amount will be divided into maximum 10 g portions per day. After the loading phase, do not consume more than half of this amount daily. Take it after training on an empty stomach. Creatine is best absorbed when taken with a carbohydrate-rich beverage. Mix 5 g of the product with 300 ml of any beverage. One measuring dose = 5 g (measuring spoon included).
