BCAA 6400 is a dietary supplement based on the branched chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. Leucine – controls the synthesis of proteins and growth hormone. Isoleucine – prevents protein degradation during high levels of exercise and provides energy. Valine – accelerates muscle recovery after intense training.

Suggested Use: 1 serving (5 tablets) can be taken 1-3 times a day: before and after training or at any other time of the day (e.g. before going to bed).
